Location: Dunnet, Thurso.
Client: Claims Consortium Group.
Status: Ongoing.
Details: Works involve extensive repairs to roof and rainwater system and building fabric in Dunnet Thurso following severe storm conditions in early January 2015. We were initially asked to attend the property to carry out emergency scaffolding and temporary repairs to prevent further damage to the property in this spectacular but very exposed location. Works to complete the repairs to this property are ongoing and involve the special manufacture of replacement cast iron rainwater materials and also the supply of specially cut and sized Caithness slate for the roof repairs.
