Currently in progress is a major renovation in Dunnet, Thurso following severe storm conditions in early January 2015.
We were initially asked to attend the property to carry out emergency scaffolding and temporary repairs to prevent further damage to the property in this spectacular but very exposed location.
Works to complete the repairs to this property are ongoing and involve the special manufacture of replacement cast iron rainwater materials and also the supply of specially cut and sized Caithness slate for the roof repairs.
Work has also started on an extension to Chaplins Hotel in Bellshill. On completion this property will provide high quality accommodation, restaurant, bar and nightclub facilities centrally in Bellshill Town Centre.
We have recently completed a major external restoration of the Bathgate Business Centre in central Bathgate, West Lothian. This former department store was originally built in an art deco style. With it’s prominent town centre location it has undergone a full external refurbishment.
Also recently completed is the refurbishment of commercial premises in bathgate. This included the renovation of a retail unit and a bespoke extension for a hair and beauty salon. Click on any of the links below to find out more.
